The products, equipment and procedures that Precise Commercial Cleaners use are an important aspect in the implementation of our services.
Efficient and new equipment is used onsite to enable our cleaning staff to have the necessary and available resources to achieve results. Precise Commercial Cleaners opts to use biodegradable cleaning products and allergy sensitive materials as much as possible, without sacrificing results for the more heavy duty of cleaning tasks.
Our staff are provide with all the cleaning materials and equipment that are necessary to perform the duties detailed in the relevant site cleaning specification.
All cleaning products and equipment used are included in your contracted cleaning price with the exception of bathroom consumable products such as Toilet Rolls, Hand Towels, Bin Liners and Liquid Soap which are available as an additional cost. However we have done our very best to negotiate the best pricing possible for our clients.
We ensure that our staff have all necessary requirements to continue independent operation for 2 – 6 weeks meaning that no chemicals or equipment are ever needed to be stored onsite.

Microfibre Clothes
Micro-Fibre Cloths are the leading environmental friendly products in the industry. The micro fibres of the cloth have been made finer making the cloth softer, more versatile and hard wearing with the ability to absorb without scratching.
Precise Commercial Cleaners use colour coded microfibre mops and cloths to avoid cross contamination.
Biodegradable Cleaning Agents
Precise purchase the majority of our cleaning agents from Whereabout Supply who are an Australian Owned and operated Company. Adam and his team continue to work closely with Precise to identify, and trial the latest advances in cleaning chemical industry.
Some of the products which we use are:
Orange Squirt
Multi-purpose spray and wipe that lifts and removes greasy soils by softening and solubilising oils and hardened fats. It also cuts through general dirt, grime and vegetable matter found in places such as kitchens. Can also be used as a floor cleaning solution, laundry prewash, carpet spotter and vinyl cleaner. It is safe to use on granite, limestone and marble when diluted according to directions. Use warm or hot water to improve greasy soil removal.
Zest
Unique and innovative product for total washroom and toilet cleaning care. Fiercely effective, yet gentle action removes lime, hard water scale, rust and waste products from all washroom surfaces. Can also be used as a floor cleaner – apply wet to floor, leave to soak a few minutes, then dry mop off. Other applications include, schools, hospitals, hotels and resorts and many domestic applications.
Halo Fast Dry
One of the best window and shiny surface cleaners ever made. Fast dry means window and glass mirrors can be cleaned in half the time. No residue, smear-free, pleasant deodorising fragrance. Speeds up the task of cleaning windows, shiny painted, laminated and chrome surfaces.
Sanit
Sanit is a non-hazardous water based sanitiser and disinfectant for effective cleaning of all hard surfaces that require sanitising and/or disinfecting.
